Arguably, TikTok’s viral “morning shed” trend has been Gen Z’s solution for avoiding sleep wrinkles, as they’re sometimes referred to.


Gaining popularity in 2024, there are thousands of videos — some with millions of views — indicating elaborate night routines including face tape, chin straps and extensive skincare products to avoid aging overnight — literally.
